Return and Refund Policy

At CCTV Security Camera Systems, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that purchasing surveillance systems online requires trust and transparency. That’s why we’ve developed a return policy that is simple, fair, and tailored to the nature of our electronic products.

🕒 Return Period

You may return an item within 14 days from the date you receive it.
Any claims for damaged or incorrectly shipped items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

All our products are inspected and tested before shipping. If you receive a faulty item, please:

  1. Take clear pictures of the product and the packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at: support@cctv-security-camera-systems.com

  3. Wait for our return authorization and instructions before shipping anything back

⚠️ Do not return packages to the address listed on the website or shipping label — this is not our return facility.

🛠 Damaged or Faulty Products

A product is considered faulty if, upon delivery, it shows:

  • Physical damage (cracks, broken parts, disconnected cables, etc.)

  • Fails to power on or function as intended

  • Missing key components (cables, mounts, manuals, etc.)

📌 Note: Minor differences in appearance due to screen displays or product upgrades do not qualify as defects.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts

  • Custom-built or special order items

  • Products marked as Final Sale

📦 Return Process

  1. Email our support team with your order details and product images

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed

💳 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel an order? Please note:

  • Within 0–24 hours of order confirmation: 90% refund

  • Within 24–72 hours: 80% refund

  • After 72 hours but before shipping: 50% refund

  • After shipping: cancellation is no longer possible

⚙️ Installation, Compatibility & Sizing Issues

Please ensure the product you order is compatible with your existing system or setup. Installation issues or incorrect item selection are not covered under our return policy. Contact our team before purchasing if you need guidance.
